The R&D Engineer will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, supporting product development, performing testing and validation of electronic systems, and contributing to innovation in off-grid and solar power solutions. The role requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to design and improve advanced technologies for global power markets.Qualifications include but are not limited to the followingStrong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing designExpertise in Research and Development (R&D) and hands-on experience in ResearchProficiency in Testing and validating electronic components and systemsExperience in Product Development, including design and implementation of new solutionsAdvanced knowledge of power electronics and circuit designBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plusExcellent communication, teamwork, and project management skillsFamiliarity with renewable energy technologies is an advantage
