Construction Superintendent – HealthcareLocation: Wilmington, NCWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven background in healthcare construction to lead on-site operations in Wilmington, North Carolina.This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and infection control.Key Responsibilities:Manage all day-to-day field operations and site activities for active healthcare construction projectsLead and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and craft personnelEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetEnforce strict healthcare construction protocols, including ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) and ILSM (Interim Life Safety Measures)Conduct daily site inspections, quality control checks, and safety auditsCoordinate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and facility ownersMaintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress trackingRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on healthcare projectsStrong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, infection control standards, and construction best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work on impactful healthcare projects in the growing Wilmington, NC market
