Practice Setting: Hospital Based Schedule: 24 Hour Call Number of Operating Rooms: 1 General, 1 Hybrid Hemodialysis Access on Site Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric Ancillary Staff: Vascular First Assist works normal business hours M-F and on-call MTW; Vascular team (no certified first assist) is on-call Thursday-Sunday for the rest.
