We are looking for an Sr. UKG Integrations Developer in Baton, Rouge, LA. Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and implementation of UKG integrations using BoomiCollaborate with functional teams to define integration requirementsDevelop and maintain: Integration specifications Data mapping documents Error handling frameworks Perform: Unit, system, and integration testing Production support and issue resolution Ensure: Data integrity and security compliance Scalable and reusable integration architecture Provide guidance and mentorship to junior integration resourcesExperienceRequired Qualifications10+ years in UKG/Kronos implementations and integrationsProven experience with: UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC)(depending on environment) End-to-end integration lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)Hands-on experience implementing complex, enterprise-level integrationsacross HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems Experience working in multi-system HR ecosystems(e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, third-party vendors) Technical Skills (Required)Integration & MiddlewareDell Boomi (AtomSphere) Certification REQUIRED Process design, connectors, API integrations Error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning Strong experience with: REST/SOAP APIsXML, JSON, XSLTFile-based integrations (CSV, flat files, SFTP) Experience designing: Real-time and batch integrationsEvent-driven architectures UKG Integration ToolsUKG integration frameworks such as: Integration Hub / Dell Boomi integrations within UKGDataviews / APIs / InterfacesExperience with: Data mapping between UKG and external systems Integration troubleshooting and performance optimization Functional Expertise (Required)Deep functional understanding of UKG business processes, including:Core HRPayrollTime & Labor / Workforce ManagementAbsence ManagementMust DemonstrateAbility to translate business requirements into integration designsUnderstanding of employee lifecycle eventsand downstream system impacts Experience supporting functional SMEs and HR stakeholdersKnowledge of compliance and pay rules configuration impacts on data flowsCertificationsRequiredDell Boomi Professional Developer CertificationPreferredUKG Certifications (any of the following): UKG Pro Integration Certification UKG Dimensions Integration or Technical Certification UKG Workforce Central certifications
