Sr. Sourcing Analyst

Sr. Sourcing AnalystThe Sr. Sourcing Analyst supports indirect spend categories by ensuring continuity of supply, effective cost management, and accurate data across sourcing systems and processes. This role partners closely with internal teams and suppliers to execute category strategies, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements. The position also leads select sourcing activities to deliver best total value and operational excellence. Primary responsibilities include: Executing sourcing events and supporting the development of category strategies for assigned indirect spend areas. Analyzing usage, spend, and market data to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, and performance trends. Maintaining accurate pricing, supplier records, and contract information within ERP and sourcing systems. Resolving invoice discrepancies and supporting issue resolution with suppliers and internal partners. Conducting price, contract, and data reconciliation to ensure alignment with sourcing and financial standards. Preparing sourcing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing operational support to 13 managers/directors. Leading direct sourcing activities for select categories to ensure supply continuity and competitive total cost of ownership. Minimum requirements include: Bachelor's degree. Three or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles. Experience using ERP, S&OP, or payment systems for purchasing, data management, or contract workflow. At least one year of experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks with limited direction. Preferred requirements include: Master's degree and at least one year of industry experience. One or more years of advanced experience in sourcing analytics or category management. Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, written communication, and stakeholder partnership; additional language capability (e.g., Spanish) is beneficial. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $87,000-$113,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
