Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital marketing knowledge, innovation and engagement across the Business Center. This individual will provide the Business Center Management and Dealers with ongoing assessments andrecommendations that can positively impact both Tier 2 and Tier 3 digital strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple organizational stakeholders regarding digital marketing strategies, digital metrics/results, dealer websiteoptimization, reputation management, and social media. It will be the responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager to develop key initiatives and leverage best practices in an effort to increase overall dealership traffic, retail sales, and retail market share.The WBC Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the lead for pilot programs in partnership with the Brands, Interactive, National Sales Team and beyond.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fieldMinimum 2 years of Sales or Marketing experienceAbility to mentor and support district managersMust reside in or be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZProven and substantive track record in formulating/driving marketing communications through digital enginesExperience delivering effective and innovative digital campaignsExcellent interpersonal and writing skillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office skillsTravel requiredPreferred Qualifications:Digital Marketing experienceAt least one (1) year of direct management experience in a retail digital marketing environment
