Become your most extraordinary self with support and development throughout your career.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Scientist to support biotherapeutic process development programs, with a primary focus on large molecule characterization (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, and related biologics).In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of analytical methods that enable process understanding, product characterization, and quality assessment across development stages.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on analytical support for biotherapeutic process development teamsPerform and optimize analytical assays for large molecule characterizationAnalyze and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with process development, quality, and project teamsMaintain clear and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and quality standardsSupport troubleshooting and continuous improvement of analytical methodsQualificationsRequired technical experience: Hands-on experience with Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE), qPCR, and HPLCExperience with SEC-MALS (Size Exclusion Chromatography–Multi-Angle Light Scattering) is strongly valuedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline3–5 years of relevant industry experience in a laboratory or biotherapeutic development environmentMust have authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirementsCandidates located within a commutable distance to Chesterfield, MO are highly encouraged to applyPreferred QualificationsNMR experienceMass spectrometry experience Experience working with electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) systems and/or GMP documentation practicesFamiliarity with Empower or OpenLab softwareAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
