Please contact Lindsay Simboli by email Lindsay.simboli1@lifepointhealth.net, text 737-268-9063 or via phone 737-268-9063How you'll contributePlay an important part in helping our patient to recover and feel better about themselves by providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilitiesCommunicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient recordsDocument patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirementsInstruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programsMaintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean conditionHandle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal lawsOther duties as assignedWhat we offerFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
