Pole Building Sales Representative

Pole Building Sales Representative – Spokane / North Idaho *Solid Structures USA* is hiring a motivated *Pole Building Sales Representative* to serve the Spokane and North Idaho area. This is a *full-time position with a $64,800 base salary + commission, full benefits, and six-figure earning potential*. You will work directly with customers to sell pole buildings, including shops, garages, agricultural buildings, commercial buildings, barndominiums, and other custom projects. Sales or construction experience is *preferred, but not required*. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, professional, and ready to learn the industry. Responsibilities * Manage and follow up with incoming pole building leads * Meet with customers to understand their building needs, property, and budget * Prepare and present building options, proposals, and pricing * Follow leads from initial contact through signed contract * Develop new relationships, referrals, and sales opportunities * Maintain an organized sales pipeline * Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and construction teams * Travel throughout the Spokane and North Idaho territory as needed * Represent Solid Structures USA at trade shows and local events What We're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Motivated, dependable, and results-driven * Confident working directly with customers * Organized with excellent follow-through * Comfortable discussing pricing and high-value purchases * Willing to learn *post-frame construction and products* * Valid driver's license * Previous sales, construction, building material, or agricultural experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits * *$64,800 annual base salary + commission* * *Six-figure earning potential* * Health benefits * Paid vacation and holidays * Retirement benefits * Christmas bonus * Training and opportunities for growth *Territory:* Spokane, Eastern Washington, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, and surrounding North Idaho areas.
