The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in hearings and trials, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients, maintaining case files, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal protocols. The role demands managing multiple cases effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.Salary Compensation: $90,000-$110,000.00/annuallyQualificationsStrong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadingsExperience in litigation and courtroom representationClient management, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage cases independently and meet deadlinesA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of MinnesotaExperience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, or Employment Law is preferredLive in Minnesota or willing to relocate to Minnesota
