European Caregivers – Weekend 12-Hour Shifts

Senior Helpers South Valley is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers to provide dedicated, high-quality care for an elderly individual in their home. This is a consistent, recurring weekend position.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining the client’s comfort and dignity.Familiarity with traditional European / Mediterranean cooking and cultural customs is a huge plus.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.Companionship: Provide engaging conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious, home-style meals tailored to the client's dietary preferences.Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe environment (laundry, dishes, tidying the care area).Medication Management: Provide timely medication reminders.HCA (Home Care Aide) is a plusProven experience in elderly care or private-duty home health.Current CPR / First Aid certification.Negative TB test results and background check (Fingerprinting/Live Scan).Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
