This role is highly interactive and community-based, requiring strong relationship-building skills and consistent in-person engagement.Candidates should be based in Santa Clara County or the surrounding area, with strong connections to and familiarity with the local community.This position leads the day-to-day delivery of programs, including career wardrobe, in-person career center services, donation drives, financial education, virtual job search programs, career coaching, client recruitment, data tracking, and in-person volunteer management. The Program Associate is also accountable for meeting program goals set by executive management. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with women navigating career transitions, supporting them with the tools, resources, and professional attire needed to move into employment and economic stability. It is well suited for someone who is motivated by community impact and enjoys building relationships in a client-facing environment.This position is expected to treat all visitors—including donors, volunteers, clients, and partners—with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week on-site at Dress for Success San Jose and CalWORKs offices.
