Their technology is designed to transform how complex industrial systems are engineered by dramatically accelerating the simulation and optimization processes that sit at the core of modern engineering.Today, many industrial companies rely on computational simulations that can take days or even weeks to run. This platform applies advanced AI models to compress those timelines and unlock entirely new ways of designing and validating complex physical systems.The company is backed by globally recognised investors and technologists and is now entering its first phase of commercialization.They are hiring a Founding Technical GTM / Sales Lead to build the company’s commercial motion from the ground up.You will work directly with the CEO and founding team, helping translate cutting-edge research into real commercial impact while closing the company’s earliest enterprise customers.This is not a traditional sales role inside an established organisation. It is a true zero-to-one commercial leadership opportunity, where you will shape the entire go-to-market motion and help define how a new category of AI technology reaches the market.What You’ll Do• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, engaging senior decision-makers across large industrial and engineering organizations• Target highly technical industries including aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, energy, and advanced manufacturing where engineering simulation and computational modelling are core• Lead executive-level engagement with CEOs, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders while building internal champions across technical teams• Translate complex AI technology into business value, positioning highly technical capabilities as clear commercial and operational outcomes• Build the company’s early GTM engine, including outbound strategy, messaging, demo frameworks, evaluation processes, and enterprise POC structures• Navigate complex enterprise buying environments involving engineering teams, research groups, procurement, and executive leadership• Develop market intelligence across the global simulation and engineering software ecosystem to help refine product positioning and commercial strategyYou’ll Succeed Here If You Have• 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B software or technical platforms• A track record of closing $500K+ enterprise deals• Experience operating in early-stage or zero-to-one GTM environments• The ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders including engineers, researchers, and simulation experts• Strong executive presence and experience selling to CTOs or senior engineering leadership• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where playbooks are still being builtBonus ExperienceThe following backgrounds would be particularly relevant:• AI infrastructure or deep-tech startups• engineering simulation or computational software companies• experience within ecosystems such as ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, or Altair• exposure to industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or energy• an academic background in engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science• familiarity with simulation methodologies such as CFD or FEAWhy This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to help build the commercial foundation of a company operating at the intersection of AI, physics, and industrial automation.You will be joining at a point where the technology is emerging from research and entering the market, working directly with the founder and technical team to shape how it reaches customers.For the right individual, this role offers the chance to help define the commercial trajectory of a company developing next-generation infrastructure for industrial engineering.Interested?Reach out if this sounds aligned.
