Customer Service Professional
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers and our sales team, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry and computer applications, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support as needed
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions with our customers and our sales people.
Support client services by addressing concerns and processing transactions in our database software
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex issues efficiently
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
Excellent analysis and business skills for problem-solving and assessing customer needs
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism with clients via phone and written communication
Associates degree or college degree is required with the ability to demonstrate thoughtful analytical skills and business judgement.
