Job Title: Onsite CNC Programmer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Key Requirements:
Experience: 6 years in CNC programming and engineering support.
Skills: Proficiency with MASTERCAM software preferred.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain clearance if required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in STEM preferred.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify CNC programs for various machines.
Set up and test programs on CNC Mills, Wire EDM Machines, and lathes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and technical documents.
Support manufacturing floor and resolve technical issues.
Maintain and implement process controls.
Required Skills:
Expertise in CNC programming and multi-axis machines.
Experience with MasterCam and Pro-E (Creo) or similar software.
Knowledge of machining various materials and cutting tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and handling equipment.
Additional Information:
Security clearance may be required.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
