Junior Estimator – Commercial ConstructionUptown Dallas, TXCurrently working with a well-established general contractor looking to add a Junior Estimator to their growing preconstruction team in Uptown Dallas.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career looking to gain strong mentorship, exposure, and long-term growth within commercial construction.The team works across a variety of project types including retail, restaurant, commercial interiors, and data center projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimatesSupport bid preparation and subcontractor/vendor outreachReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsAssist with pricing analysis and bid coordinationWork closely with senior estimators and project teams throughout preconstructionSupport budgeting, scope reviews, and project documentationRequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field preferredGeneral contractor background preferredExposure to estimating, preconstruction, or project engineeringStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, or similar software is a plusEagerness to learn and grow within commercial construction
