Power System Engineer RolesLocation: Stockton-on-TeesRegion: Teesside, UKSalary: CompetitiveFlexibility: Office-BasedDue to continued growth and project demand, EPS seeks a graduate power system engineer to join our expanding team.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the forefront of major projects across key energy sectors, including renewables, battery storage, transmission & distribution, and data centres.Key ResponsibilitiesEPS Graduates are expected to actively contribute to the company’s continued growth, building upon technical expertise while developing strong client and vendor relationships. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience working independently and alongside senior power systems engineers, contributing to projects that vary in size and complexity.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToContributing to the delivery of electrical engineering projects within various industrial sectors – onshore and offshore.Using ETAP and other power system modelling software to perform load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, motor starting, and arc flash studies.Preparing electrical specifications and data sheets for LV and HV equipment.Understanding client requirements into effective, practical technical solutions.Producing high-quality technical reports and presenting findings where required.Engaging with clients to achieve project objectives using sound technical judgement.Supporting senior engineers and collaborating with teams across multiple projects.Assisting business development activities by building strong client relationships and contributing to commercial and technical proposals.
