Company DescriptionThe Beautiful Gate Center is a Center for Children with Autism and Developmental Disorders located in North Charleston, SC. BGC offers a clinical group therapy practice in a day treatment setting providing individual speech, ABA, and occupational therapies, for families seeking a more intensive developmental program for their child.  It also offers a year-round intensive Center-Based program for families seeking special education programming outside of clinical treatments. BGC serves children ages 3 to 21 with cognitive delays, behavioral challenges, delays with life skills, and who are non-verbal or have significant communication delays. The center emphasizes the application of Augmentative and Alternative Communication technologies to support each child and give them a functional communication system.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Beautiful Gate Center located in North Charleston, SC. The role involves conducting behavior analysis supervision, ABA treatments, assessments, offering parent education and collaboration, implementing behavior management strategies, and providing individualized RBT support on a day-to-day basis.This is a full-time, salaried-exempt, onsite corporate position with a non-profit organization.  QualificationsBCBA certification requiredRBT training and credentialing experiencePrevious experience working with children with autism and various developmental disordersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMaster's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
