Field Technician

Dalco Home Remodeling is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Bridgeton, Mo. office and is responsible for providing assessments and repairs on windows, doors, baths, roofing and siding. In addition, the ability to measure baths, windows and doors for ordering as needed.The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.Responsibilities:Evaluation and assessment; Measure windows, doors and baths in wet areas as needed so products can be ordered correctlyEnter all data into a an iPad using our software accuratelyAssess services and determine time and what parts are needed if not on the service vehicle inventory. Enter photos and data into an iPadCompany provided work vehicle, tools and fuel providedExcellent customer communication skills and desire to grow within our companyAssist in the warehouse as neededRequirements:High school diploma or GED required;Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skillsAbility to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent mannerAbility to lift to 55 poundsProblem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeComputer skills including Microsoft office and use of an iPadKnowledgeable about all safety requirementsAbout Dalco Home RemodelingDalco Home Remodeling has been in business for 52 plus years.
