Concessions/ Banquet Servers-Event -based

We are seeking an energetic, customer focused Concessions/Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service during events, including serving food and drinks, setting up banquet spaces, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. This position requires a professional appearance, a commitment to cleanliness and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner during events, ensuring guests' needs are met and providing excellent customer service throughout.Event Setup & Clean up: Assist in setting up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings prior to events. After events, help in cleaning up and resetting the banquet space.Maintain Cleanliness & Safety Standards: Follow food and beverage safety protocols, maintain cleanliness of serving areas, and report any issues or incidents immediately.Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and feedback professionally, working to provide a seamless and enjoyable event experience.Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the banquet team and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations and seamless service throughout events.Qualifications:Certification: Current Serve Safe Certification is preferred.Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the venue.Appearance: Must maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance according to company standards.Experience: Prior experience in serving or bartending preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer first attitude, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:Banquet: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
