About the Sr Software Engineer position We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer to join our back-end team and take code ownership of complex software feature initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, integrating, into our core web-based app, services, and cloud infrastructure. This Sr Software Engineer role will collaborate across teams to ensure security, stability, scalability, and performance of back-end projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise problem-solver who can work independently, supporting offshore and junior developers while contributing professionally to key technical decisions. What we’re looking for 5+ years experience as C# and ASP.NET Core development / technologies Sr level understanding of architecture and software design patterns and principles Strong API development experience: Ability to design, develop, consume, test RESTful APIs Deep knowledge of software architecture, Agile methodologies, and DevOps Excellent communication to deliver feature estimations, timelines, adjustments, dependencies Feature ownership and coaching to junior development members ensuring code meets industry standards Technical requirements .NET 9.0 / C# 13.0 / ASP.NET MS SQL, Azure SQL API SDLC, Auth / Security (JWT, oAUTH) Technical fluency Clean architecture Minimal APIs Microservices Architecture Modular Monolith Architecture Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Test-Driven Development (TDD) Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Event Sourcing Architectural Patterns (using various Azure services) Feature Flagging OTEL (Open Telemetry) Caching (Redis) Message Processing & Integration DevOps: (Azure, IAC Terraform, Docker) GitHub Copilot Salary Range: $100,000- $170,000 Annually Our compensation structure considers various geographical markets within the United States. The base salary for this role reflects the typical expected earnings. However, the final compensation package will be determined by several factors, including your location, job-specific expertise, skills, experience, and other relevant job-related considerations.
