Our Professional Stylists enjoy working with other like-minded stylists and possess the ability to work well with others while simultaneously being able to sell memberships and make the guest want to return. Our Professional Stylists understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, are highly motivated, mature, friendly and responsible! Lastly, our stylists enjoy a fun and jovial work environment and take part in our team building events...ResponsibilitiesMAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENTCreate excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitudeEducate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge after care productsUnderstand and promote products and membershipsPerform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension servicesGenerate new clientele through our amazing referral program.Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor.
