ALN/SEN Teaching Assistant – GlastonburySalary: £90-£110 per dayPink Recruitment Services are seeking a dedicated ALN/SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the educational development of students. The successful candidate will work in a school located in Glastonbury closely with teachers to assist in classroom activities and help students achieve their learning goals.Experience of working with children, particularly those with special education needs would be advantageous. The most important qualities though of any applicant will be their ability to be calm and flexible with strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues. We are looking for someone with a passion for education and supporting student development. Essentially we want people who are excellent educators and committed to safeguarding students.The role will involveproviding mentoring and support to studentsassisting in creating a positive and inclusive learning environmentcommunicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionalsEducate and guide students in various subjects through individual or group tutoring sessionsSafeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of students.We pride ourselves on valuing our staff- we listen to what you really want from a role and pay good rates of pay. We pay a minimum of £90 a day and offer both PAYE and umbrella company options.Hours will be 08:45am – 3.30pm each day and start date will be as soon as possible.
