This role is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue and profitability, introducing new technologies to market, and building strong customer relationships across operators and service companies.Key Responsibilities· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team· Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets· Drive market adoption of new technologies and expandable solutions· Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives· Conduct technical presentations, customer workshops, and information sessions· Ensure timely billing, collections, and commercial compliance· Maintain accurate commercial activity and forecasting within the company CRM platform· Develop tactical account plans for key customers and target markets· Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings· Travel as required to support customer and business needs· Verify technical details to ensure customer success Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field preferred· Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the oil & gas industry, preferable with downhole tools · Prior experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a sales environment· Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, budgeting, and commercial drivers· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationallyPreferred Experience· Experience with a service company or operator in a technical or leadership role· Knowledge of expandable liner systems and downhole completions· Understanding of the completions value chain· Experience introducing new technologies to market· Strong oil & gas industry networkKey Competencies· Commercially driven with strong business acumen· Strong leadership and team development skills· Ability to engage senior customer stakeholders· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Highly organized, professional, and articulate· Self-motivated and capable of operating independently· Strong problem-solving capabilities· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
