We are building toward being the number one property management company in the state. Our Construction and Maintenance Division is a core part of how we get there. We are not a family. We improve constantly. The division runs 20+ mini remodels every month alongside ongoing maintenance and project work. The volume is real. The pace is real. The Role: You will build this division into a scalable, profitable operation. That means owning the P&L, launching a service department, building a deep sub-vendor bench, and installing the operational systems that let the division run at volume. In year one, you are a player-coach. You are generating revenue, closing estimates, and building the vendor bench while designing the back-end that makes it all repeatable. You are not above the work. You are in it. By year three, you are leading a team of ten or more, running two branches (service and projects), and operating this division as a fully independent profit center at $3M or more in annual revenue. The title grows with the division. The compensation grows with the performance. Six Things You Will Love Doing: • Running a sub-vendor bench you built yourself, with trades you vetted and standards you set • Launching a service department that captures revenue the business is currently sending elsewhere • Owning a P&L and making real decisions about pricing, hiring, and margin • Being developed directly by a CEO who has a track record of fast-tracking the right people • Designing the estimating, job costing, and operational systems this division has never had • Being the connection between construction and property management, coaching PMs and advising on client situations You Are Right For This If: • You have been running operations or leading a team in home services, construction, or property services and you have outgrown your seat • You understand margin, not just revenue. Position Details Title: Construction and Maintenance Division Lead, with a direct path to VP of Construction and Maintenance Location: Home office plus field based across the greater Puget Sound area Schedule: Full time Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 total compensation (base salary plus performance bonus tied to margin and revenue targets) Vehicle: Company truck or vehicle provided if needed, plus gas card Reports to: Ian Joseph, CEO Benefits: • PTO and paid holidays • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (50% company paid) • 401k with up to 3% company match • Professional development support • Real estate co-investment opportunity alongside The Joseph Group deals How to Apply: We review the full picture, not just a resume.
