Construction and Maintenance Division Lead

The Role: You will build this division into a scalable, profitable operation. That means owning the P&L, launching a service department, building a deep sub-vendor bench, and installing the operational systems that let the division run at volume. In year one, you are a player-coach. You are generating revenue, closing estimates, and building the vendor bench while designing the back-end that makes it all repeatable. You are not above the work. You are in it. By year three, you are leading a team of ten or more, running two branches (service and projects), and operating this division as a fully independent profit center at $3M or more in annual revenue. The title grows with the division. The compensation grows with the performance.
