Commission Sales Associate

Our mission is to create meaningful connections between our farm and the community we serve. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, remote role for a Commission Only Sales Associate. In this position, you will actively build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets. The role requires sales efforts, ongoing education, and providing detailed product information to customers. You will be responsible for representing the company's brand and ensuring an outstanding customer experience and for reaching a monthly goal of just 5 new retailers or bulk commercial sales. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targetsCustomer relationship management and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of sustainable farming practices and a passion for promoting locally-sourced productsExperience in using sales tracking and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in commission-based sales or agricultural-related fields is a plus
