Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Paralegal based in the Greater Boston area, which combines on-site work with some remote flexibility. The Family Law Paralegal will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client communications, and reviewing legal documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case files, coordinating schedules, and providing support to attorneys in handling family law cases. The role demands high levels of discretion, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure successful case management. Qualifications Proficiency in Family Law and Legal Document PreparationStrong Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneysExperience with Legal Research and Document ReviewExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with Massachusetts family law practices is a plusBachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
