Our client, a global industrial manufacturer, is seeking a strategic Distribution Development Manager to lead and optimize its global channel strategy across North America and select international markets within the Energy & Industrial Infrastructure sector. This role focuses on strengthening distributor partnerships, expanding into new markets, and driving measurable revenue growth across priority verticals, including Industrial, Data Centers, Renewables, and Grid.Location is near Chicago O'Hare Airport and is a hybrid position with approximately 20% travel.What You’ll DoDesign and execute the global distribution strategy Evaluate, rationalize, and expand the distributor network Lead Distributor Councils and structured business reviews Align channel partners with target vertical markets Implement performance scorecards and growth plans Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams What We’re Looking For:Channel management or industrial sales experience Must have strong knowledge of electrical or industrial distribution Proven success growing revenue through distributor networks Amazing base salary with bonus and full benefits!Apply for full details and client information.
