Digital Marketing Director
OverviewWe are a growing national behavioral health treatment provider specializing in substance abuse and mental health services across multiple levels of care. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts, drive patient acquisition, and optimize campaign performance across all digital channels.This is an on-site leadership role with strong visibility and clear upward mobility for a high-performing marketing professional looking to grow within a national organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including paid search (PPC), SEO, and paid media strategyOversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisitionDevelop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase qualified admissions and brand visibilityManage and mentor internal marketing team members and/or external vendorsAnalyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboardsDrive SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical optimization, and content performanceCollaborate with admissions and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with census goalsManage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channelsIdentify new growth opportunities across digital platforms (paid social, display, retargeting, etc.)Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standardsQualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership roleProven experience managing PPC campaigns and Google Ads at scaleStrong working knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithmsExperience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and lead generationStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsExperience managing budgets and marketing ROI performanceHealthcare or behavioral health industry experience preferred, but not requiredPreferred ExperienceExperience marketing behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare servicesFamiliarity with call tracking platforms (e.g., CTM) and CRM systemsUnderstanding of compliance considerations in healthcare marketingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and leadership growth within a national organization
