California Support Broker
A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants, maintaining regular contact and resolving inquiries
Provide practical skills training to participants on community resources, employee management, and budgeting
Assist participants with enrollment in programs, developing spending plans, and monitoring health and safety
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or senior citizens
BA or BS degree in a related field required, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is preferred
Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
