Retail Sales Associate

Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a retail setting - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs - Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: - Previous experience in wireless sales or technology sales is preferred - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Proficiency in retail math and basic math for cash handling We offer competitive pay & flexible scheduling.
