Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Lead Kitchen Department - focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety. Guest Service Department - ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed. People Department Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift. Qualifications: QSR restaurant experience (McDonald's a plus!)
