A Brief Overview. Responsible for creating and maintaining python pipelines and web applications using the Django framework and Python code. The candidate role will also extend to developing associated databases, ensuring rigorous validation, documentation, and version control linked to these applications. Adhering to standard software development practices, the candidate must be able to tackle complex issues, multitask effectively, and work both independently and collaborate and communicate well within a large and varied team, which includes lab technicians, physicians, and bioinformatics team members.
