Entry-Level candidates start at a $30,000 base salary and can make up to $30,000 in commission during their first year, bringing total compensation to $60,000. Experienced candidates start at a $35,000 base salary and make up to $40,000 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $75,000.No previous experience? No problem!If you have proven experience selling Life and Health and Property Casualty Insurance, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to hit the ground running, we can provide you the customer service support and the industry best practices training.
