Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Full Stack Developer. The Lead Full Stack Developer will oversee the design, development, and deployment of both front-end and back-end systems. Responsibilities include creating scalable, secure software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining technical documentation and ensuring alignment with best practices to deliver robust and user-focused solutions. Qualifications Expertise in Back-End Web Development, with proficiency in server-side programming and database managementStrong skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency in creating responsive and user-friendly interfacesComprehensive knowledge of Full-Stack Development and Software Development best practicesProficiency in working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for front-end designsExperience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developersStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesExperience with cloud-based platforms and low-code technologies is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
