Candidate should be in Texas 100% RemoteWe require the services of 1 Instructor Trainer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Instructor Trainer 3, Technical Services, Help Desk, and Operations and the specifications outlined in this document for our clientThe client requires the services of a Training Curriculum Developer who meets the general qualifications of Instructor Trainer 3. The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.Minimum Requirements8 years of Developing training curricula for ERP systems8 Conducting training sessions in person and remotely(At least 4 years) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)(At least 4 years) Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP systemPreferred Skills2 years experience Using SoftChalk to develop training2 years experience Using Camtasia to edit recordings2 years Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)2 years Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials2 years Experience with SharePoint1-year Experience with Jira1 years of Experience working with the Scrum framework
