A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management to oversee a care management team focused on behavioral health. Key Responsibilities Supervises care management team and coordinates care for behavioral health members Monitors compliance with documentation and assigns caseloads based on requirements and member needs Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to ensure high-quality care delivery Required Qualifications Master's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing 4+ years of related experience in care management Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with behavioral health experience Must reside in the state of Missouri Behavioral health experience is required
