Job Category: Full Time/ Direct HireCompensation: $80,000 - $105,000 DOE/Base, Benefits, Bonus & Growth Opportunities!Well-established Electronics Distributor based in Rialto CA, is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support multiple-site operations with approximately 75-125 employees.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with leadership to develop processes, strengthen employee relations, and ensure compliance across multiple locationsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a proactive HR professional who can step in, assess current gaps, and implement scalable HR practices.
