We specialize in family care — serving children, teens, and young adults with everyday illnesses and urgent care needs.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Brooklyn. You’ll provide telehealth visits from our office, working in collaboration with our trained medical assistants and health techs who are with the patient in person.This role is ideal for providers who want to focus on high-quality, patient-centered care without the burden of in-person clinic logistics.ResponsibilitiesConduct telehealth evaluations for patients (families, children, and young adults).Collaborate with on-site medical assistants and health techs to ensure a smooth and accurate visit.Diagnose and treat common urgent care needs (fever, infections, respiratory issues, GI symptoms, etc.).Provide guidance, prescriptions, and follow-up care plans.QualificationsActive and unrestricted New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.Experience in pediatrics, urgent care, or family medicine preferred.Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.What We OfferCompetitive compensation.Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).Supportive team environment — you’ll work with trained medical assistants and techs.Opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge care model that’s transforming urgent care delivery.
