Implementation Manager📍 San Francisco, CA | Hybrid, 3–4 days per week in office💰 $140K–$160K base + competitive equity💼 The RoleWe're working with a fast-growing seed-stage AI startup transforming how accounting firms manage bookkeeping and tax workflows. Following rapid customer growth, they're expanding their implementation function to keep pace with demand.As an Implementation Manager, you'll own the customer journey from signed contract through successful onboarding and confident day-to-day product use. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, run training sessions, support implementation and resolve issues along the way.This is a hands-on IC role in an early-stage environment. You'll also help build the implementation function itself — creating repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks while feeding customer insights directly back into product and engineering.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new B2B customersScope implementation requirements directly with customer stakeholdersRun software training and enablement sessions for end usersManage customer questions and implementation issues through successful adoptionBuild scalable onboarding processes, documentation and playbooksGather customer feedback and work closely with product and engineeringHelp establish the foundations of a growing implementation function🌟 What We're Looking For2–5 years' experience in customer onboarding or implementation within B2B SaaSProven ownership of software implementation projectsExperience building repeatable onboarding or implementation processesStrong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience training end users on new software and workflowsExperience working within a seed or Series A startup environmentBachelor's degree or higherAccounting software or financial workflow experience is a plusComfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, early-stage company💰 Package$140K–$160K base salaryCompetitive equityHybrid working — 3–4 days per week in the San Francisco office
