Business Development Manager - Beauty
Our client is a leading manufacturer of customized rigid packaging solutions. They are seeking a driven business development professional to expand existing relationships and develop new business opportunities into the beauty and personal care markets.What You'll Do:Drive new business growth across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care marketsDevelop strategic relationships with brands, contract manufacturers, and key decision-makersLead consultative sales efforts for customized packaging solutionsPartner with NPD, engineering, operations, and customer service teams to bring new projects to marketManage opportunities from concept development through commercializationMust reside in the Central or Eastern Time ZoneWhat We're Looking For:REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience selling customized packaging solutionsREQUIRED: 3+ years of experience selling into the beauty, personal care, skincare and/or cosmetic marketsProven success developing new business and opening new accountsStrong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skillsAbility to manage complex sales cycles and work cross-functionally
