Vacation Rental Inspector

iTrip Pensacola is hiring! iTrip Pensacola is growing and we are looking for a part-time maintenance technician to join our crew! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a general knowledge of household maintenance. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, energetic, with strong communication skills, and basic problem solving/troubleshooting skills. A basic understanding of home care and preventative maintenance is required. Responsibilities include traveling from property to property to address basic maintenance needs of vacation rental properties. We may ask you to help with property inspections every now and then. This is a 15-20 hour a week position and weekend/holiday availability is required. Pay starts at $17 per hour plus mileage. Whoever we select will need their own reliable transportation.
