This position is expected to be on-site. The selected candidate will assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of integrated program/project schedules supporting NASA Marshal Space Flight Center (MSFC).Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the establishment, integration, and maintenance of a time-phased logically linked Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).Generate IMS technical products (e.g., Gantt charts, network logic diagrams, critical path analyses) to support program reviews, decision briefings, and executive reporting.Must be able to development custom reports based on schedule metric data and analysis using industry standard Scheduling Best Practices.Collaborate with the Project Leads to synchronize schedules and milestones across multiple Projects within the Program Management Offices (PMOs).Assist in the collection, validation, and alignment of dependent schedules from participating PMOs to ensure consistency with overall program timelines and deliverables.Contributes to the standardization and automation of scheduling processes and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency across the Program.Assist in developing innovative scheduling methodologies to address non-routine or complex integration challenges unique to multi-program environmentsJob RequirementsJob Requirements and Qualifications:Extensive experience in the use of various commercial schedule management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional).Experience with the implementation of probabilistic schedule risk assessment and schedule health processes and techniques.Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).General understanding of project management principles.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, schedule status, and recommendations to diverse audiences.Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, integrating inputs from technical, financial, and programmatic disciplines into a unified master schedule.Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple priorities and dynamic program requirements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Preferred Qualifications:Desired, bachelor's degree in business, engineering or management with 15 years' experience in project scheduling, planning, or related analytical workSecurity Clearance Requirements:NoneWe are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
