Receptionist

Job Summary As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Duties - Greet and welcome clients as soon when they arrive at the office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock - Update calendars and schedule meetings - Process credit card payments Experience - Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.88 - $18.23 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Brunswick, ME 04011 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Brunswick, ME 04011: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
