Revenue Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst to analyze rental performance data and drive revenue strategies. Key Responsibilities Analyze rental performance data to inform pricing, availability, and channel strategies Create and distribute recurring performance reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making Partner with various teams to align strategies and optimize rental performance Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in rental, revenue, or financial analysis within hospitality Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge preferred Experience with property management systems and distribution platforms Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
