Cothron’s emphasizes reliability, professional service, and technical expertise to help customers protect their property and people.Role Description The Dispatch Operator role at Cothron's Security Professionals is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX. The Dispatch Operator will coordinate and schedule service calls, assign jobs to field technicians, and manage real-time dispatch of the mobile security fleet. Daily responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering key details from customers, entering and updating service orders, and tracking technician locations and job status. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers about appointment times and expectations, prioritizing urgent and emergency requests, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient coverage and timely service.
