We are seeking a visionary and dedicated Center Director to lead our team and foster a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. As the heart of our center, you will be responsible for the overall operation, ensuring we provide a safe, educational, and community-focused experience for every child and family we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including enrollment, staffing schedules, and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations.Educational Leadership: Implement and supervise age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of educators; provide ongoing professional development and performance feedback.Financial Management: Manage the center's budget, including tuition collection, payroll, and supply procurement to ensure long-term sustainability.Community Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, fostering open communication and a welcoming "family-first" atmosphere.QualificationsEducation: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required).Experience: 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred).
