This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in .NET web development and SharePoint administration who are looking to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment.The selected candidate will support the development and maintenance of internal business applications used by Sales, Marketing, and Support teams while also assisting with SharePoint administration and site management activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance internal web applications using C# and ASP.NETCreate and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logicTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance problemsSupport ad-hoc development tasks and quick-turnaround requestsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development best practicesManage SharePoint site permissions and user accessAssist with SharePoint site configuration, document libraries, and listsMonitor SharePoint site usage and support ongoing maintenance activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions .Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in .NET web developmentStrong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologiesHands-on experience with MS SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuningGood understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologiesExperience supporting or managing SharePoint environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksPreferred QualificationsExperience with DevExpress and SharePointKnowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx)Familiarity with React and Node.jsExperience working with REST APIsBackground developing internal business applicationsNice to HaveExposure to Agile development methodologiesExperience supporting enterprise-level applicationsUnderstanding of application security and performance optimizationEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
