The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing programs and ensuring that materials, purchasing activities, and production-readiness milestones remain on track.Key responsibilities will include:Monitoring and tracking material availability and movement throughout the supply chain process.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material tracking reports and spreadsheets.Supporting Clear-to-Build (CTB) schedules and ensuring that required materials are available in alignment with production timelines.Tracking key supply chain milestones and identifying potential delays or gaps that could impact execution.Providing purchase order support, including tracking PO status, quantities, delivery timelines, and related information.Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain updates and resolve operational issues.Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring that supply chain information is properly documented and readily available for decision-making.Supporting the team with day-to-day operational follow-up and execution activities during the period of increased business demand.The role is expected to be hands-on and execution-focused, rather than heavily strategic.
