Sr Project Manager - AI Corporate Projects - Remote US
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the predefined project scope. The role will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle within SitusAMC's goals and vision.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement projectsHelp define project scope, goals, and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resourcesCollect and manage project teamCreate a schedule and project timelineTrack deliverablesSupport and direct teamMonitor and report on project progressFacilitate Kick Off meetings, status calls, requirements workshops and QA/Testing activitiesPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsMaintain project status and details in a centralized repositoryImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess the result of the projectOther activities as may be assigned by your managerAdditional FunctionsSupport Senior Legal Department attorneys on various projects, including contract management system implementation, organization and enforcing policies and procedures.Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, transaction management and integration planning in coordination with corporate development professionals and outside advisors, as needed.Lead and/or participate in projects related to legal department initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferredProject management experience preferredExcellent communication skillsHigh degree of professionalismProblem-solving and strong leadership skillsProject planning, risk management, time management and other project management skillsExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficiency in project management software toolsConflict resolution experienceCompensation & BenefitsAnnual full time base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00.Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays.
